Rotary Club of Chennai Chola Successfully Completes Peace Building Project On 1st July 2026, the Rotary Club of Chennai Chola successfully carried out its Peace Building Project at Parisutha Narkarunai Illam, Avadi, Chennai, reaffirming Rotary's commitment to Creating Lasting Impact through compassionate humanitarian service.
As part of this meaningful initiative, the club distributed food and clothing to the residents of the rehabilitation home for mentally challenged destitute wanderers, bringing care, dignity, and hope to those who need it most. The project touched the lives of 200 beneficiaries, providing comfort, happiness, and reassurance that they are valued members of our community.
The project was graced by Chief Guest Rtn. Ravi Venkatraman, Director – Community Service Development, Rotary District 3233. The entire initiative was generously sponsored by Rtn. Ananthan and Rtn. Chandra Reddy, whose kindness and generosity made this service possible.
